Welcome to our 'flavour explosion' menu 
 
Garnished with homegrown spray free flowers, berries & herbs - each cake is decorated differently with seasonal floral availability so each cake is different!
 
Please note we use fresh, spray free flowers on our cake designs. We recommend placing your order for the day of consumption, to ensure your flower decorations look their absolute best.
 
Allergen Statement: All products are made using gluten, wheat, eggs, milk/milk products and soy. Some products contain nuts (Walnuts, almonds, pistachios, pecans) May contain traces of sesame, soy, sulphites or lupins. Whilst I maintain strict cleaning and hygienic procedures, cross contamination may occur.

    2/ Vanilla berry bramble - Soft vanilla cake filled with white chocolate meringue buttercream + rose geranium berry compote

     

    3/ Spiced Apple cake with rich dark sugar roasted apples with thyme caramel sauce and coated in a salty caramel buttercream

     

    4/ Lemon Cake stacked with white chocolate meringue buttercream, rosemary lemon curd + poached strawberries  

     

    5/ Banana Cake layered with chocolate ganache & thyme caramel topped with chunky choc chips

     

    6/ Carrot, pineapple & honeydew cream cheese mousse with maple roasted nuts (May contain: walnuts, pecans, almonds, pistachios)

     

    7/ Orange Cake with orange blossom syrup, meringue buttercream + pistachio crumb

     

    8/ Chocolate Cherry Berry Gateau - filled with cherries + berries + spiked kahlua mascarpone coated in chocolate ganache *contains alcohol

     

    9/ Lemon cake layered with Limoncello syrup soak with lemon curd & coated with Marshmallow meringue  *contains alcohol

     

    10/ Chocolate Tiramisu - Chocolate cake layered with espresso syrup, kahlua mascarpone + chocolate ganache

     

    11/ White Chocolate Lamington cake - vanilla cake, vanilla bean mascarpone, a layer of berry coulis + coated with white chocolate meringue buttercream + coconut thread.
